Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and clearly mark the return authorization number on the package.
  4. Send the package to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange, as well as the desired replacement item.

Exceptions:

While we strive to accommodate all return and exchange requests, the following items are not eligible:

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Jewelry: Items that have been personalized or custom-made cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Damaged Items: Items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return or exchange.
