Good things take time — and we make sure yours arrives beautifully. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your Elan by Aanchal pieces to you.

1. We Ship Worldwide

We ship to over 200 countries using trusted partners including DHL, FedEx, DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and more. For international shipments, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient. Elan by Aanchal cannot be held responsible for local charges imposed by customs.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

• Prepaid orders: Flat 100 delivery fee
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Flat 200 delivery fee

All prices on the site are inclusive of GST.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

Every piece is carefully inspected and packed before it leaves us. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email. We generally dispatch within 1-2 working days.

4. Domestic Delivery Times

After dispatch, deliveries typically arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

5. International Shipping

• COD is not available for international orders
• International shipping: flat 2,500 (prepaid)
• Accepted payment methods: debit/credit card, PayPal
• Transit time: typically 10-15 working days

6. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.

7. Address and Delivery Details

Please double-check your phone number, email, and shipping address at checkout. Address changes can only be made before dispatch.

8. Insurance

All packages are insured while in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
