Damaged or Incct Items

We take great pride in our packaging and quality checks. But if something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll make it right.

To help us resolve things swiftly, please send:

• A clear 360° unboxing video (from the moment you open the parcel, showing the parcel slip and the item)
• Clear photos of the outer packaging and the item
• Your order number

Repair Policy — India Only (1-Year Warranty)

Because a piece this beautiful deserves to last. We offer a complimentary repair warranty for one year from the date of delivery.

• Within the warranty period: Repairs are on us — you simply ship the item to our studio at your own cost.
• After one year: Repairs are still available, with a ₹500 shipping fee plus repair charges quoted after evaluation.
• Not covered: Misuse, modification, accidental loss, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
• To request a repair: WhatsApp us at +91 9211438569 with photos or a short video of the issue, your order number, and delivery details. Our team will take it from there.
