Terms & Conditions
Elegance has its own rules. Here are ours — clear, fair, and written with the same care that goes into every piece we craft.

1. Warranty & Repair
1.1 One-Year Repair Warranty
Elan by Aanchal offers a one-year repair warranty on all jewellery purchased from our official website (elanbyaanchal.com), starting from the date of delivery. During this period, we will repair any defects or damage arising from normal use — at no repair charge. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to our studio.
1.2 Repairs After One Year
We continue to offer repairs beyond the warranty period. A ₹500 shipping fee applies, plus repair charges quoted after our team evaluates the piece based on photos or video you provide.
1.3 What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by suse, modification, improper care, accidental loss, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow our Jewellery Care guidelines.
1.4 How to Request a RepairSimply WhatsApp us at +91 9211438569 with clear phtos or a short video of the issue, your order number, and delivery details. We'll take care of the rest — including next steps, timeines, and any applicable charges. Repair service is available for India addresses only.<>2. Orders & Sales Policy
2.1 Order Formation
When you place an order on elanbyaanchal.comd we accept it, a binding agreement is formed between you and Elan by Aanchal. The invoice amount at confirmation is final and includes applicable taxes and shipping charges. We reserve the right to decline an order under special circumtances — in which case a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
2.2 Pricing & Confirmation
Prices and availability may change until an order is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation via email once your order is placed. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we'll notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
2.3 Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, or other legitimate concerns. You will be informed, and any charge will be refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We check every piece before it leaves us — but if something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll sort it out together.

- A clear 360° unboxing video (from the moment of opening, showing the parcel slip and the item from start to finish)
- Clear photos of the outer packaging and the item
- Your order invoice or number

4. Return, Refund & Cancellation
4.1 Final Sale
All purchases from Elan by Aanchal are final sale. Each piece is thoughtfully hand-crafted — and curating the very best is never rushed. To maintain hygiene, exclusivity, and the integrity of our pieces, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
4.2 Exceptions
The only exceptions are items damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped — these must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (see Section 3 above). After inspection, we will offer a suitable resolution.
4.3 Cancellation Window
In rare cases, cancellations may be possible before an order enters processing. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 9211438569. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within your provider's standard timeframe.
4.4 Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, we'll process it via the original payment method. Timelines depend on your payment provider and may take several business days.
5. Shipping & Insurance
We dispatch with trusted courier partners. Packages are insured while in transit. Once delivered and signed for, responsibility for the item passes to you. If your parcel appears damaged on arrival, please refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt — then contact us immediately. For full shipping details, please see our Shipping Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on elanbyaanchal.com — including text, imagery, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Elan by Aanchal. Reproduction, copying, or use of any content without our prior written permission is not permitted.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elan by Aanchal will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any direct loss is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
